The accounting year is 01 January to 31 December.

 The accounts are prepared by the treasurer and audited by CP O'Donnell & Co. Chartered Accountants. They are presented to members at the Annual General Meeting.

Funds for dispersal in Palestine are transferred to the FQMS account at the Arab Bank El-Bireh, Ramallah.

The account at El-Bireh is operated on instructions from the Board by Trustee Dr Rafiq Husseini and Dr Mamdouh Aker, FRCS and by Nadia Haweeleh, Office Manager of the British Council, East Jerusalem (West Bank and Gaza).

All the work of the FQMS Board and Committee is voluntary. No member receives any payment.
