The pandemic, in combination with the war in May 2021, has caused a catastrophic deterioration of the economic situation in Gaza with a 50% unemployment rate. In 2022, FQMS supported graduates experiencing hardship and unable to pay their remaining fees, through FQMS graduate debt relief programme and upon recommendation from the Universities.
