“I am Osama Aldabour, a 6th-year medical student at the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG). I am honoured to share my heartfelt appreciation for the FQMS Foundation. Their generosity and unwavering support have played a pivotal role in shaping my medical journey.
My elective surgical training in Turkey was a transformative experience, and it was only possible through the generosity of the FQMS Foundation’s funds. The training granted me invaluable exposure to different medical practices and perspectives and broadened my professional and personal horizons. The Foundation’s commitment to fostering learning beyond borders is commendable and has profoundly impacted my career.
Equally inspiring is the Foundation’s dedication to supporting medical students in Gaza. As a student at IUG, I have witnessed first-hand the challenges aspiring doctors face in my country. The FQMS Foundation’s initiatives provide financial assistance and hope and empowerment for medical students like me. Their Foundation’s strong belief in our potential fuels our determination to excel and contribute positively to the medical field.
I am deeply grateful to the FQMS Foundation for investing in my education and in the future of medical students in Gaza. Your support shines brightly in the face of adversity. I am more motivated than ever to make a meaningful impact in the medical world.
Thank you for being a great supporter of students like me in Gaza”. Read the full report
